Anne Montgomery is an Assistant Professor of Business Administration who works with students of all ages to explore the many facets of the world of business. She strongly believes that everyone has the potential to become an entrepreneur when they combine their passion with business fundamentals. Anne and her husband, Lee, are the owners of Blue Skies Curbside Recycling, a start-up endeavor providing single-stream curbside recycling pick-up for rural areas.
Anne has held director positions in the non-profit community and in various areas on campus. She is currently the Director of Entrepreneurial Development and has worked to lay the foundation for an innovation center for the community as well as the development of an entrepreneurial curriculum for the University.
Anne holds a B.S. degree in accounting from Tennessee Wesleyan and an M.B.A. from the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga and has graduate level accreditation hours in management, marketing, and accounting.
